PAULINE BURAK (KOLTALO) February 4, 1943 - June 12, 2011 Jesus held out His hand and she remitted her soul to the Lord on June 12, 2011 at St. Boniface Hospital. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend will now enter the next phase of her journey with her birth into eternal life. She will be sadly missed by her Angel Peter who was her best friend and devoted husband of 47 years. Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughters Brenda (Danny), grandchildren Carly and Danielle; Patricia (Blaine), grandchildren Brianne, Connor and Gabrielle. She is also survived by her loving sister Minnie and sisters-in-law Marge, Polly, Anne and Jean, along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will mourn the loss of such an amazing person. We rejoice that she is now in the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and that she can now be with her family that passed before her. Patiently and humbly Pauline would pray for her family and friends with the devotion of a saint. She embodied love, and showed those blessed to be a part of her life, how to love. Her perseverance, strength, courage and unwavering love is what gave us all the strength to carry on through troubled times. Prayers will be held on Thursday, June 16 at 7:00 p.m., with the Funeral Mass on Friday, June 17, 10:00 a.m., at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 390 Marion St. In lieu of flowers, it is Pauline's wish that we support the Arthritis Society, 105-386 Broadway Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3V7 or the Siloam Mission, 300 Princess Street, Winnipeg, MB R2N 0A4.
